GO BULL Privacy Policy

GO BULL is an app for a secure internet connection. We deliberately collect the

bare minimum — only what the service cannot work without.

What we store

Email address — your login. You use it to sign in and to recover access.
Device identifier and its platform (Android / iOS / Windows / macOS) with the OS version — to honour the per-account device limit and to show you the list of your own devices.
Traffic volume in bytes — for plans with a gigabyte limit.
The IP address you connect to our server from and the time of the last request — to protect the account from theft and to help support.
Results of checks against our servers made from your device — which of our servers answered and which did not, how many milliseconds it took, and the connection type (Wi-Fi / mobile). This shows us where the connection really fails for people so we can fix it. Only our own servers are probed; the sites you visit take no part in these measurements.
Support conversations — messages you send inside the app.

Your browsing history, DNS queries or traffic contents. We keep no such logs.
Your passwords for third-party services, messages, files, contacts, photos.
Advertising identifiers. The app has no ads and no third-party trackers or analytics.

We do not sell or hand over data to third parties. The only exception is a

mandatory requirement of the law applicable to us.

For as long as your account exists. Technical records (last sign-in IP, traffic

counters) are overwritten as you use the service. When the account is deleted,

the credentials are deleted with it.

You can request deletion of your account and its data through support inside the

app. Once deleted, access to the service ends.

The app asks for no other permissions.

The service is not intended for children under 13.
